Body & Soul
Just like many women our age, we’ve experienced enough to share some of the wisdom we’ve gained, to make sure you are feeling amazing in this moment. We want to help you heal those past traumas and move forward in living life at its fullest. We’ve also made a few connections and know other mavens in the self-help industry from nutritional and fitness coaches to life coaches, makeup specialists and more. We hope to have them share their wisdom once in a while too.

One of the most important things I learned during my journey is that we need to own our part of the pain we have experienced, and come to terms with it. We may have done everything right in our relationships in terms of our effort to ensure the well being and happiness of our partners; but, if we tolerate, or engage in behaviours that don’t foster our OWN happiness as well we sell ourselves short. We can’t turn a blind eye to things that that hurt our hearts and souls. We can’t stay silent to “keep the peace” – it won’t end well. We are all responsible for our own happiness and we own and are responsible for half of the pain we experience. Tolerance does not equal love. Tolerance of behaviours that don’t align with your heart and soul give permission to be under valued and gives permission to be hurt.
Listen to your intuition, and don’t make excuses for bad behaviours under the guise of “love”.
